Auto sort mixed size pistol size brass.

The Utley Auto Sort is fed by your current case feeder.  The  (Dillon or Hornady) case feeder drops cases directly into the Utley Auto Sort.  The auto sorter can sort faster than the Dillon or Hornady case feeder can produce cases.

Let’s say you’re looking to only have 9 mm. 

1. With the sorter off, insert a 9mm case into station 1 (The station on the right)

2. Adjust the station 1 knockdown platform to about 1-2mm above the case so that the case can move to station 2.

3. Move the 9mm case to the case feed slot just before station 2 and adjust station 2’s knockdown platform to about 1-2mm below the top of the case.  This will kick out the 9mm into your main collection bucket.

4. For station 3, adjust knockdown platform about 5 mm away from the top of the case feed plate and station 3 will knock out anything shorter than nine into a discard bucket

5. Turn the sorter on and watch it start sorting.  The best speed is about 70% on the speed dial.
